Holdup the bottom with PP board and 55mm thick foam to prevent moisture and damage. (For 2/3 door upright models, the bottom will be packed with pallets instead.)

Insert a foam pad under the glass door to prevent shaking during transportation. (Sliding doors are fixed and protected with rigid cardboard, foam, and tape.)

Seal the fridge door with fiber tape.

Cover the refrigerator with a waterproof bag.

Add 20mm thick foams to protect each corner.

Put 20mm thick foam on the top of the fridge to prevent direct extrusion.

Pack the fridge with a 6mm thick 5-layer corrugated carton.

Fix the carton with packing tape.

Benefits of Our Pallets

Pallets are used to stack, store, protect, and transport materials in the course of being handled by equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyors, being stored in racking or bulk storage, or being positioned in transport vehicles.

To protect and move the goods easily when load and unload, some of our big refrigerator models like double and triple door upright coolers are with pallets as standard. According to the rules of some countries’ customs, the goods need to be on pallets when imported. Just tell us your need, we can produce our refrigerators on the pallets for you.

No Need for Fumigation – Our pallets are plywood, instead of solid wood, which is no need for fumigation.
Easy to Load and Unload – With inner height >10 cm (3.9 inches), our pallets can be lifted from all 4 sides, which are easily handled by the forklift.
Customization Possibility – We can make custom pallets to meet your requirements about the size and feature of the pallet.

Benefits of Our Plywood Packing

Standard carton packing is enough to safeguard your products for fulfilled container shipment. For samples, we will add extra plywood packing to avoid damage during transportation and handling. Meanwhile, we strongly urge you not to remove this plywood packing just to save money. Because once it is damaged in transportation, the loss will outweigh the gain.

Better Protect Your Property – Our plywood packing is 10~15 mm thick enough rather than the thin plywood material, which better protects the inside goods to avoid damage.
Easy to Unpack – Our plywood packing is with hinges, so you can easily unpack it and take out the inside goods.
No Need for Fumigation – Our plywood packing is made of plywood instead of solid wood, which is no need for fumigation.
