We’re arranging shipment around the world every day. To save your time and cost, you could just send us your final address/port name, and we will check the freight cost for you.
We provide 1% free parts (based on order quantity) together with your order, including brittle parts like compressor, light, caster, controller, shelf, clip, filter etc. And compressor will be only provided when order quantity pass 100 pieces.
Meanwhile, we provide spare parts at the lowest costs to support our clients in their local service. In case you need more parts, just contact us freely and we will send full parts list for you to order together with our products.
3 years for the compressor and 1 year for the whole body. The warranty period can be extended according to your needs, and there will be additional costs. For more details, please browse our after sales service.
All products are CE, CB and RoHS certified. Some models with UL/ETL+NSF+DOE (for the American market); some with MEPs+SAA (for Australia and New Zealand); some with SASO (for Saudi Arabia); some with KC (for Korea); some with GS (for Germany).
Meanwhile, with a close relationship with the certification body, we could get new certificates at competitive costs and fast time according to customer’s requests.
Till now, all our models are produced with compressor cooling only.
Our standard production is based on white or black color. Means, you could choose to have the product in all white or black color, at the same costs.
If you have a special color requirement, like Coca-Cola red, Pepsi blue, 7 Up green, stainless steel, etc. We could also do it. And the extra cost will depend on the model/quantity you are purchasing.
We offer LED lights with all kinds of attractive colors to suit your branding and promotion needs, including White, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, etc.
Meanwhile, we have the technology to custom an exact color per your specifications. Example: we’re manufacturing the etched Monster energy drink logo with Pantone=354C; RGB: R=0, G=171, B=57; #00AB39.

- IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
We have applied strict process in choosing subcontractors. Meanwhile, all materials from them are well checked and accepted before going into the warehouse; any faulty ones will be rejected. - IPQC (In-process Quality Control) and online tests
Including high voltage, low voltage, current, power, insulation, resistance, leakage, cooling tests and etc. Each unit is tested at least 6 hours to make sure there is no problem. - FQC (Final Quality Control)
2% of each order will be tested in the laboratory. If no problem then goes into the warehouse. - OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
Before shipment, a random test of 1~2 units of each order.
Besides, since we only export and mainly in Europe and American, our whole company has a good awareness of quality and surely applies more strict standards. Also, our workers take professional training programs 1~2 times per month, as our company emphasize this a lot and put a lot for money into it.
